Hastings Boys' Hawke's Bay 2011 Representative Players

Hawke's Bay Hockey and Hastings Boys' High School would like to congratulate the boys detailed below from HBHS for their selection to HB Representative teams.  This is an incredible achievement when you think that just two 3 years ago Hastings Boys' had just 18 hockey players in the entire school and just two HB Rep players at any level!  We now have over 50 hockey players, additional teams, a fully functional Hockey Academy in school and 13 Senior Age Group HB Representative players.

In addition to this it should be noted that there are at least 10 boys that represented Hawke's Bay at Hatch / Curtis level or U15 level last year that either were unable to trial this year or just missed out on selection.  In particular the amount of boys HBHS has in the HB U15 A Premier team is incredible with half the entire team from school!!! 

The present and  future of hockey at Hastings Boys' High School is better than any time in the last 30 years.  Congratulations to the boys below again on their selection.  It is a testament to the full year training programme they have committed to.
