The 1st / 2nd XV Squads have trained hard over the summer months on technical skills and in the gym.  The coaches’ policy has been hard work and dedication will pay dividends.  With the ‘no short cuts’ policy, boys that train hard and are fully committed, will put themselves ahead of others and selections will reflect this.  The team has become more unified as a result.
