- Strength and Conditioning introduction: Understanding the importance of strength and conditioning.
- Understanding the components of a session: mobility, activation and exercise movement competency and the fundamental movement skills.
- Skill development for rugby.
- Nutrition, recovery and building resilience.
- Testing: Strength, speed, power and aerobic fitness.
