Each year group and our Pasifika students have a Dean who works closely with our students' form teachers and subject teachers. The Dean oversees the following (and more) within their cohort:
- Student well being and achievement
- Attendance
- Discipline
- Guidance
- Instructional Leadership Improvement
- A variety of student body activities
