Homestay Accommodation

Your Home Away from Home

We know that going to a new country, learning a new language and culture, while keeping up with schoolwork is not a simple undertaking. With our homestay programme, we find welcoming hosts to help international students settle into their New Zealand life.

The school appoints a manager to arrange, manage and liaise with homestays:

  • The Homestays are carefully selected
  • The Homestay Manager liaises between home and the school
  • The school provides special care to assist with travel, finance, health and study matters
  • Boys are expected and encouraged to take a full part in the family life of their Homestay
  • Homestay experiences help develop English language skills.
