The Super 8 Schools are a group of eight boys' high schools from the central North Island. Our schools are known for strong academic and sporting traditions, and compete annually in a variety of sports and cultural competitions.
The Super 8 Schools initiative was established in 1997 to provide higher-level competition among our boys' schools which are located outside of New Zealand's main urban centres.
